Phoebe is a LA Native but spent a decade in NYC pursuing theatre. She attended the Boston Conservatory on scholarship majoring in dance but left after her sophomore year when she found herself being offered a job as a Radio City Rockette. She danced with the company for 7 seasons. Within those years, she took a year off from The Rockettes to go on tour with the National Tour of Dirty Dancing where she was Dance Captain and understudied the principal roles of Frances “Baby” Houseman and Penny Johnson. Being able to go on for a principal role sparked her passion in acting and since then, she has appeared in several TV shows including a recurring character on The Deuce on HBO and The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel. She is now a professional actor and filmmaker but dance will always be her first love.
