Lauren Anderson was born and raised in Newbury Park, California and graduated from Newbury Park High School. She has been happily married for 28 years, and together with her husband, have raised five wonderful children and are now enjoying their three wonderful grandchildren.For the past 29 years, she has owned and operated a successful janitorial and construction cleaning business, specializing in final cleans for custom homes after new construction or major remodels. It’s been a rewarding career built on attention to detail and pride in delivering spotless results.As many of you know, Lauren has also had a passion for photography that began with capturing the beauty and energy of live dance performances. Her passion eventually evolved into a professional pursuit, and she expanded into real estate photography, collaborating with local realtors to showcase their properties.Her most exciting chapter is just beginning to unfold, as the co-owner of The Industry Dance Academy, alongside her daughter Rachael. This has been a shared dream and vision for many years, and they are thrilled to bring it to life in such a beautiful space. They couldn’t be surrounded by a more incredible faculty or group of families, and take great pride in getting to nurture the next generation of dancers and artists.When Lauren is not working or at the studio, you’ll find her tending her vegetable garden, snapping photos, crocheting, enjoying wine tastings, or – best of all – spending quality time with her grandchildren. Life is about pursuing passions, building meaningful relationships, and embracing new adventures, and she is grateful for every moment!
