Elissa Edwards is originally from Philadelphia and attended University of the Arts on a full talent scholarship. She co-owned and directed Impulse Dance Project and produced and directed her first full-length show, entitled “and in our willingness…”. She was a 3 time finalist in the Capezio A.C.E awards and was chosen as one out of 3 emerging choreographers to premiere her work. Elissa’s unique approach to each class helps students become more aware of their bodies while also finding their voice! She has choreographed some of the most exquisite pieces we have seen.
