Formerly of the Joffrey Ballet and Zurich Ballet, Josie Walsh’s classes are classically structured focusing on proper placement, pelvic alignment and breath through the ballet syllabus. Set to classical and contemporary music.
The goal of Mat Pilates is to strengthen the body’s powerhouse, your abdominals, lower back muscles, pelvic floor, hips and glutes.
You will improve posture and strengthen and tone your body by doing low impact exercises. Please bring a mat and a ball and Pilates ring if you have them.
